Alpine Animal Chiropractic
Animal Chiropractic focuses on the restoration and preservation of heath by removing communication barriers and restoring normal function.
Elevating animal health for peak performance and functional longevity
Chiropractic care is not limited to an injured or sick pet. Healthy and athletic animals are ideal candidates for chiropractic examination and care. Maintaining proper structural alignment permits optimal function of the muscles, nerves and tissues supporting the joints, resulting in improved movement, stance and flexibility. This alignment promotes increased agility, endurance, and overall performance. Broader benefits include superior immune function, healthier metabolism and a vibrant nervous system, facilitating your animal’s natural ability to heal. Chiropractic can enhance the quality of your pet’s life, ensuring active and healthy years.
About Alpine Animal Clinic
Alpine Animal Chiropractic is a Mesa, AZ based Animal Chiropractic service provided by Dr. Tecla Fuller, DC. Her human practice, Fuller Life Chiropractic has been providing care for patients in the East Valley since 2017. Having senior pets of her own (two horses and two cats) with chronic health conditions, she became passionate about expanding her Chiropractic knowledge to include animals. Alpine Animal Chiropractic opened in August 2021 and was named after “Alpine”, beloved feline (06/2002 – 03/30/2021).
Dr. Dusty Fuller, DC joined Alpine Animal Chiropractic in October 2023. He has over fourteen years of experience providing human chiropractic care at three of the largest clinics in both Florida and Arizona. He makes home/farm visits for large and small animals and sees dogs and cats at the Greenfield office location or at Barking Dogs, a retail store located at Gilbert and Brown roads in Mesa, AZ.
Just like humans, four-legged pets and animal athletes can benefit from chiropractic care to address injury and pain relief as well as maintaining overall health and wellness.
Animals under regular chiropractic care typically have overall better health and function. They have improved mobility, less pain and muscle spasms, better performance, improved speed and accuracy of movement, decreased degeneration (improved longevity), and a reduced likelihood of injury. Animal chiropractic care provided by a licensed and certified doctor (DC or DVM) is gentle and safe and is a non-invasive and non-surgical approach to health.
Alpine Animal Chiropractic provides exceptional, personalized, and passionate care for your animal by AVCA certified Animal Chiropractors.

Dr. Tecla took good care of my puppy whose back legs had gone out. In as few as three adjustments, he is almost as good as new. Chiropractic combined with massage has proven to be the cat's meow. Thank you Alpine for your wonderful services you provide.Posted on Google Rodger SmithJune 6, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW!! Fantastic service. Kind, caring, loving, patient, thorough. Explained the process for us also. My dog suddenly was not able to climb the stairs or jump on the couch. I had to carry my dog upstairs to go to bed. After his adjustment he was immediately able to climb up on the padded block in the examination room. Fantastic. He jumped up on the couch when we got home. He does still favor one back leg, but a complete turn around from this morning. I am SO relieved, because I was Super worried. Thank God for Dr Fuller.Posted on Google Betsy FoyMay 30, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Tecla Fuller was so AMAZING!! Dr. Dusty Fuller made a house call after my Doberman got into a tumble with a group of dogs running at the dog park and he was wonderful with her. She was submissive to him the moment he walked into our home and the adjustments were so gentle and calming. We will definitely be vising Dr. Fuller again.Posted on Google Christine SlomskiMarch 9, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to thank Dr Fuller for helping Kora and I think if Kora could talk she would wanted to say thank youPosted on Google Carrie SmithFebruary 26, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Dusty Fuller came to the house for Lola's second adjustment and Arabella's first. Since the girls adjustments, Lola has returned to wanting to go for walks! Arabella was feeling left out on the first visit, so she got an adjustment this time around and is a very happy little dog. Upon examination Dr. Fuller found a pretty sensitive spot on Arabella's lower back. I think Arabella was trying to tell us on Lola's first appointment that she too had some pain. I'm so happy that I found Dr. Fuller! Dr.Fuller has a very calming presence, which is extremely helpful when you have an anxious animal. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a chiropractor for their fur baby to contact Alpine Animal Chiropractic!Posted on Google Kim RickardsJanuary 4, 2025.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
